Privacy
When you request a One2One training, you trust us with your details. This page explains exactly what we collect, why, and what we will never do with it.
Who is responsible
Christ for all Nations (CfaN), South Africa. You can reach us at info@cfan.org.za or on 066 113 3659.
What we collect
Only what the request form asks for:
- Your name and your role in the church
- Your email address and phone number
- Your church, city and province
We also record whether you reached the form through a QR code or directly, so we know which materials people actually use. That is a simple count and is not linked to you.
Why we collect it
For one purpose: so our team can contact you and arrange a One2One training for your church. Your phone number is there so we can call or WhatsApp you about the date, and your church and province so we can plan which facilitators travel where.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your information, and we never will.
- We do not share it with other organisations for their own purposes.
- We do not add you to unrelated mailing lists.
Who can see it
Only named CfaN staff with a personal login to our admin area. Two service providers process the data on our behalf and may not use it for anything else: Supabase stores the entries, and Resend sends the confirmation email. Both are bound to act only on our instructions.
How long we keep it
As long as it takes to arrange and follow up your training, and afterwards for our records of which churches have been trained. If you would rather we delete it sooner, just ask.
Your rights
Under South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) you may ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@cfan.org.za and we will act on it. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.
